About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to our fundraising page or joining our Team to be a part of the fun.

Supporting Lifeline Mid Coast NSW
This year, Lifeline Mid Coast is proud to be a part of The Push-Up Challenge. Together, we’re working to raise awareness about mental health and the profound impact suicide has on Australians.
The funds we raise will help Lifeline Mid Coast continue to provide crucial 24/7 Crisis Support as well as Suicide Prevention & Postvention services. All funds stay local, directly helping those in our community.
By coming together, we can strengthen the support network for those in need. Your participation ensures that anyone and everyone can access the help they deserve and know where to turn when they need it most.
