This year, Lifeline Mid Coast is proud to be a part of The Push-Up Challenge. Together, we’re working to raise awareness about mental health and the profound impact suicide has on Australians.

The funds we raise will help Lifeline Mid Coast continue to provide crucial 24/7 Crisis Support as well as Suicide Prevention & Postvention services. All funds stay local, directly helping those in our community.
