BB's Push for Better

About Our Challenge: At BB’s Soul Kitchen, we believe real strength comes from standing together.
This June, our team, our mates, and members of our local community are taking on The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health across Australia.
 
Over 24 days, we’ll be pushing through thousands of push-ups together — not just for fitness, but to start conversations, support one another, and remind people that no one has to carry life’s struggles alone.
We know too many people suffer in silence, especially men. Through this challenge, we want to encourage people to speak up, check in on their mates, and know there is always someone willing to listen.
 
Strength isn’t pretending everything’s fine.
Strength is speaking up when it feels like you least want to speak.
Strength is talking about the hardest things.
Strength is backing your mates, asking for help, and pushing through together.
We push up together.
We rise together.
 
You can support us by donating or joining our team and taking on the challenge alongside us.
Every dollar raised helps fund much-needed mental health services and initiatives across Australia.

Supporting Lifeline Central Coast NSW

Lifeline Central Coast is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.

Funds raised will enable Lifeline Central Coast to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
