About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Lifeline North Coast is proud to be a beneficiary of The Push-Up Challenge 2026, helping to raise awareness and vital funds for suicide prevention and mental health support.
Each push-up completed represents a life lost to suicide in 2024—3,307 lives too many. By taking part, you’re not only improving your own mental and physical wellbeing but also helping us provide life-saving crisis support, community training, and suicide bereavement services.
What your support means for our community in 2026:
- Expanding community training to equip more people with the skills to support someone struggling with their mental health.
- Growing our suicide bereavement support, ensuring no family impacted by suicide has to navigate grief alone.
- Recruiting and training more Lifeline Crisis Support Volunteers to answer more calls, texts, and chats from Australians in distress.
