About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Each push-up completed represents a life lost to suicide in 2023—3,214 lives too many. By taking part, you’re not only improving your own mental and physical wellbeing but also helping us provide life-saving crisis support, community training, and suicide bereavement services.
What your support means for our community in 2025:
- Expanding community training to equip more people with the skills to support someone struggling with their mental health.
- Growing our suicide bereavement support, ensuring no family impacted by suicide has to navigate grief alone.
- Recruiting and training more Lifeline Crisis Support Volunteers to answer more calls, texts, and chats from Australians in distress.
