Donate to a random participant
Your random act of kindness will be randomly allocated to someone who hasn't received a donation yet, to kick-start their fundraising efforts and make their day.

Why push it forward?
Sometimes, all we need is a little push. Getting your first donation is often the hardest, so your random act of kindness will encourage someone to fundraise more.
As you may know, participants in The Push-Up Challenge 2025 have committed to completing 3,214 push-ups (or the half target) in 23 days from 4-26 June 2025, for the 3,214 people who died by suicide in Australia in 2023 (the most recent year of statistics). This is no push in the park, so your donation will also motivate the lucky recipient to keep pushing throughout the Challenge, knowing they've got someone in their corner.

Where does my donation go?
Your donation will go to the random participant's chosen beneficiary - Lifeline, headspace or The Push for Better Foundation - to fund much-needed mental health services and initatives in Australia.
Your donation will appear on the random participant's fundraising page, so others can see your support.
