This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
Not fond of pushups or recovering from an injury? The Push-Up Challenge doesn’t discriminate! Last year I completed it doing squats, there’s plenty of alternative exercises that can be subbed in.
