Our team is raising awareness and funds for mental health support through this year’s push-up challenge.
Over the years, many of us have seen friends, students, family members, or people in our communities struggle with mental health challenges. Sometimes it can feel difficult knowing how to help, but organizations like Lifeline provide real support to people when they need it most.
This challenge is our small way of showing support, starting conversations, and reminding people they are not alone.

Supporting Lifeline Bondi NSW
Lifeline Eastern Suburbs - Bondi is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Bondi to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
