In June, our Community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide in 2022 and raise awareness of mental health. You can create a team in this Community, join a team or support someone who is taking part. Help us push for better mental health.

Lifeline Western Melbourne is your local Lifeline Centre, which proudly delivers services in the Western Melbourne community, as well as nationally via Lifeline’s 13 11 14 Crisis Support Line. We work With Community, In Community and For Community, helping to make support accessible to all Australians so no one has to face their darkest moment alone. We are guided by our vision of ‘an Australia free of suicide’ and with the help of our community we reach over a million people a year who contact Lifeline in need of support at a time and place when they need it the most. Together we save lives.
