About Our Challenge
This June, the team at VAST EARTHWORKS & CIVIL is swapping smoko excuses for push-ups as we take on The Push-up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health.
As a team that works hard, supports each other, and understands the importance of looking after our mates, we’re proud to be getting behind a cause that affects so many Australians.
For June, we’ll be tackling thousands of pushups of push-ups while helping start important conversations about mental health. Every push-up represents our commitment to building stronger communities both on and off the worksite.
If you’d like to support the team, any donation big or small will make a real difference. Every dollar raised helps fund vital mental health programs and services across Australia.

Supporting headspace Canberra
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
