This June, the UBH Down & Up Crew is back for our 3rd year in The Push-Up Challenge! ur Challenge
From 3–26 June, our team at UBH Group will be completing hundreds of push-ups to honour the lives lost to suicide and to push for better mental health across Australia.
This is our third consecutive year supporting this important cause, and we’re more committed than ever. Every push-up represents resilience, hope, and the power of showing up — even on the tough days.
