About Our Challenge
This June, the team at Tasmanian Veterinary Hospitals is swapping stethoscopes for sore shoulders as we take on The Push-Up Challenge from 3–26 June 💪🐾
We’re used to lifting pets onto exam tables, not ourselves off the floor — but we’re pushing through for a cause that matters deeply to our profession.
The veterinary industry faces one of the highest suicide rates in Australia, with mental health challenges affecting so many vets, nurses, and support staff behind the scenes. Every day, our teams care for animals and support families through some incredibly emotional moments — and this challenge is about helping ensure those carers are supported too.
