About My Challenge
I'm completing 1,607 push-ups in 23 days to raise funds for mental health in Australia.
The two Johns (my cousin John out at 27 and my childhood neighbour John out at 45) both took their own lives without so much as a hint they were on the ropes...You can make a difference with just $5 by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.
The $100 is from me to kick it off.
Every dollar helps HeadSpace - Toowoomba who is my chosen mental health charity because my teenagers tell me they do good work at their High School...

Supporting headspace Toowoomba
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
