My Challenge

I'm completing 3,214 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. 

mental heath effects everyone in some way at some point it can be personal or a friend, family member or loved one. i am dedicating my challenge to a personal friend who has struggled and continues to struggle with his mental heath i hope that this challenge can be a small acknowledgement of the struggle him and people like him put up with every day.
