THE YOUTH REGIMENT
We’re a veteran-led youth development team completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to support Lifeline and the work they do for mental health across Australia, including within the veteran community.
As a team, we’re taking on the Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness, start conversations, and show our support for the services that continue to make a real difference where it matters most.
Supporting Lifeline Bondi NSW
Lifeline Eastern Suburbs - Bondi is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Bondi to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
