Flexing for a Better Cause

This June, The Push-Up Peacocks are puffing our chests out, dropping to the floor, and attempting to look graceful while doing thousands of push-ups.

We’re taking on 3,214 push-ups over 24 days to raise awareness for mental health and support Lifeline.

Some of us may push. Some of us may wobble. Some of us may dramatically collapse after 12 reps. But we’re showing up, having a laugh, and doing it for a cause that genuinely matters.

Support our team, cheer us on, or join the fun because every push-up helps start a bigger conversation around mental health.

Supporting Lifeline Newcastle & Hunter NSW

Lifeline Hunter is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.

Funds raised will enable Lifeline Hunter to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
