About Our Challenge
his June, our team is taking on The Push-Up Challenge, pushing through the pain (and plenty of sore arms) to complete thousands of push-ups between 3–26 June in support of better mental health across Australia.
We know mental health affects so many people — our friends, families, workmates, and communities — and we want to do our part to raise awareness, start conversations, and support the services that help when they’re needed most.
If you’d like to support us, you can make a tax-deductible donation to our team page. Every dollar helps fund important mental health programs and initiatives across Australia.
