About Our Team PUSHUP Challenge
This June, the Project Managers Movement community is stepping forward to take on The Push-Up Challenge from 3–26 June to raise awareness, spark conversations, and support better mental health outcomes across Australia.
At PMM, we believe leadership is not just about delivering projects, titles, or professional success. True leadership is about service to others, standing beside people during difficult times, and creating environments where people feel seen, heard, valued, and supported.
Mental health affects people from all walks of life — including many high-performing professionals silently carrying stress, pressure, anxiety, burnout, and emotional exhaustion while continuing to show up every day for others.
This challenge is bigger than push-ups.
It is about discipline.
It is about community.
It is about lifting each other when life gets heavy.
And it is about reminding people that they are not alone.

Supporting headspace
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services for 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 175 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
