About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to awareness for mental health and to keep healthy.
Supporting Lifeline Darling Downs & South West QLD
Lifeline Darling Downs and South West Queensland is proud to be a beneficiary of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge, raising awareness of mental health and the impact of suicide in our communities.
Funds raised will help us continue providing vital face-to-face crisis support, suicide prevention services, and essential community programs. Your support helps to empower people and build stronger, more resilient communities and importantly ensures that more people across the Darling Downs and South West Queensland can access the help they need when they need it most.
