Message: This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
As The Ibuprofen Invitational - Deltoids for Depression, our mission is simple: trade our triceps for serotonin and sweat for a great cause. We are fully prepared to sacrifice the structural integrity of our arms/pecs if it means lifting the weight off the shoulders of those struggling with their mental wellbeing.
