Why We’re Pushing It Up
This June, we’re stepping up for mental health in the construction industry by taking on The Push‑Up Challenge, powering through thousands of push‑ups between 3–26 June.
Construction is built on hard work, long days, and teamwork — but too often, mental health struggles go unseen on site. We’re pushing back against that silence by getting involved, raising awareness, and backing real change for the people who build Australia.
You can support us by making a tax‑deductible donation or by joining our Team and getting stuck in alongside us. Every push‑up and every dollar helps break the stigma and supports better mental health outcomes for our industry.
