About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups (or variations of since some of us are pregnant) between 3-26 June to raise awareness for mental health.
The number represents the number of lives lost to suicide in the most recent available data.
#pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by coming along with us. This is going to look different for everyone. You may choose to join the challenge with us, donate, encourage us to keep it up or share a combined central focus to check in with yourself and/or others.
Everyone's capacity is different and even if by you reading this gives you the push to allow yourself time, space AND grace to check in with your own mental health and/or that of others around you then this has already done its job ❤️🙏🏻
Supporting Lifeline Northern Melbourne VIC
Lifeline Northern Melbourne is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Northern Melbourne to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
