About My Challenge

I'm completing in the Push Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

I have opted to substitute pushups for squats and sit-ups for my own personal goals to #pushforbetter! My goal will be to complete 50 squats and 50 sit-ups EVERY DAY for the entire month of June!
