We at Sydney Trains are passionate about fostering an environment that encourages the right conversations and actions to tackle the stigma around mental health and wellbeing.
Here in E&M; we are a diverse bunch of largely blue collar workforce. This puts us statistically at increased risk of exposure to and impacts associated with mental health challenges due to the high stress environment we work in. Now more than ever we should be leaning into the conversation and doing the work to bridge the gap.
