About Our Challenge
In June, our Community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide each year and raise awareness of mental health. You can create a Team in this Community, join a Team or support someone who is taking part. Help us push for better mental health.
Supporting Lifeline Central West NSW
Funds raised through this year’s Push-Up Challenge will help Lifeline Central West deliver essential services, including our 24/7 Crisis Support Phone, RAPID, training, counselling and community initiatives.
Every dollar raised directly strengthens our ability to be there, 24 hours a day for the people who need us most.
For almost half a century Lifeline Central West has been supporting individuals and communities across our vast region. Our mission is to be a beacon of hope and support for individuals and communities during their most challenging moments. We are dedicated to ensuring that no one has to endure these hardships alone. Our vision is to cultivate resilient, interconnected communities that stand united, providing unwavering assistance to each other through times of crisis and adversity.
