I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
5 years ago I lost my beloved brother Shane to suicide. It hasn't got any easier I must say but I'm learning to live with it. The ripple effects are unending, so many people effected by this one action. There's no winners that's for sure and if I can try and help just one person then it's all worth while. Unfortunately there's a stigma still attached to suicide and somehow the people who die from it sometimes are viewed as less a person than others, which is horrendous and just plain wrong. So I'm up for a few weeks of pushing for good, no worries. Thank you .
