About My Challenge
The last time I did a push-up was when my profile image was captured in 1995. So, it's only fitting that after thirty years, I will test myself by completing 3,214 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

Our partnership with The Push Up Challenge plays a vital role in raising funds to support the delivery of suicide prevention and crisis support services at a time where we have never been needed more.
