About Our Challenge
We’re taking on The Push-Up Challenge 2026 as a team united by a shared commitment to supporting young people and families impacted by domestic violence.
Our team is connected through a belief that real change happens when community comes together — not just to raise awareness, but to stand alongside those who are doing it tough and remind them they are not alone.
Some of us have lived experience, others bring their passion through community work, volunteering, sport, and wellbeing initiatives. What connects us all is a deep respect for resilience, healing, and the power of support networks.
Through every push-up, we’re aiming to start conversations, challenge stigma around mental health and domestic violence, and help create safer, more connected communities.

Supporting headspace Gosford
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
