About My Challenge

I'm completing 3,214 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

Mental health stigma is something most people have encountered at some point. Through this challenge, I aim to normalise conversations about mental health by encouraging people to talk openly and regularly about it. I hope to inspire others to continue these conversations, check in with each other, and meaningfully connect.

You never know what someone else is experiencing or has experienced. They might need a friend or be in a position to help you out too.

Any support is greatly appreciated, and donations can be made on my page.

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.

Supporting Lifeline Western Melbourne VIC

Lifeline Western Melbourne is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.

Funds raised will enable Lifeline Western Melbourne to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
