In June, we’re taking on the Push-Up Challenge as a team 💪 This isn’t just about fitness, it’s about showing up. Every day. Even when it’s tough, even when it’s inconvenient.
As a club, we’re big on doing things together. And this is one of those challenges where strength really is in numbers.
We’re here to push ourselves physically, build mental resilience, and raise funds and awareness for a cause that matters.
Our goal is to raise $2,000 as a community, and every bit counts.
Whether you do every rep, donate, or just get around it where you can, you’re part of it.

The Push‑Up Challenge isn’t just about fitness—it’s a chance for our community to come together and shine a light on mental health. This year, we’re proud to be one of the beneficiaries, helping raise awareness of the impact of suicide across Loddon Mallee.
Every push‑up represents a life lost to suicide. It’s a simple but powerful reminder of why support, connection and open conversations matter so much. The funds raised will help Lifeline Loddon Mallee continue providing 24/7 crisis support, suicide prevention services and local programs that give people a safe place to talk when they need it most.
