About My Challenge
I've heard about this challenge before but haven't had the guts to join in... until now! In honesty, when I did the maths and realised it is an average of almost 138 push ups per day I almost opted for the half target, But hey, what is a challenge if it isn't bl**dy difficult! So, I will be completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. Full disclosure - if I'm hurting so bad I can't drive safely or function as a vaguely normal human being I reserve the right to swap pushups for squats or sit ups!
