Weve got this guys!!! In the pool, from the kness it all counts!! Last year we supplemented a few Sit ups, Squats too!!!
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
