We lost our daughter Mel in 2023 to suicide, making her just one of the pushups for this year. Knowing the massive impact it made on her friends, family, and communities she was part of make it unfathomable to think of multiplying that same impact more than 3000 times in 2023. The mental health system is a mess and needs all the help it can get and more support options possible for people who need them

Our partnership with The Push Up Challenge plays a vital role in raising funds to support the delivery of suicide prevention and crisis support services at a time where we have never been needed more.
