This June, the SBR Committee is taking on The Push-Up Challenge and aimimg to completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health. 3307 Push Ups which represents the number of Suicvides in Australia in 2024.

Supporting headspace Onkaparinga
headspace Onkaparinga provides early intervention mental health support for 12-25 year olds in the Southern Adelaide area. The team work with young people, their friends, families and communities to destigmatize mental health and increase knowledge of mental wellness. headspace Onkaparinga's beautiful beachside location has recently expanded to provide better support to the Southern Adelaide community, with access to a bulk billed GP, an Alcohol and Other Drug counsellor, Peer Practitioners and other headspace Workers. headspace Onkaparinga is guided by their Youth Reference Group of volunteers who shape every aspect of the centre.
