About My Challenge
I’ve been fighting a losing battle with my mental health for a very long time.
I have so many things to be grateful for in my life, exciting plans in my future and an incredible, supportive family. In addition to that: I take medication, eat well, meditate, lift weights, play with toy soldiers - I do all the right things. Sometimes it still isn’t enough. As hard as it is for me, there are people out there doing it even tougher.
Sadly, 3,139 Aussies took their own lives in 2020. I'm completing 3,139 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Please support me as I #pushforbetter in June.
