Listen up, Drop Bears! We are built for the descent, but right now, we are climbing for something much bigger than ourselves.
3,307 push-ups in 24 days.
That goal is about more than fitness. Each repetition is a tribute to the 3,307 lives lost to suicide in Australia in a single year. The goal of this journey is to raise vital awareness for mental health, break the stigma surrounding these struggles, and ensure that everyone knows there is support available.
Each push-up is a step toward starting conversations that save lives. When the challenge gets difficult, the focus remains on the goal of suicide prevention. The Rope Access Drop Bears are pushing past the target to make a real-world impact.
