About Our Challenge
This June, Red House is jumping into the Push-Up Challenge and I'd LOVE for you to join us ❤️
The challenge raises awareness and funds for mental health while encouraging us all to move our bodies for a great cause.
I've created a Red House team, and anyone can join! Whether you're smashing out hundreds of push-ups or modifying them on a wall, bench, or knees, it's all about getting involved and supporting something bigger than ourselves.
We'll be sprinkling some challenge push-ups into classes throughout the month, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to chip away at your total with the Red House crew.
If you'd like your push-ups to count towards the challenge, make sure you register and join the Red House team.
