About Our Challenge
At QSMC, we believe that movement is medicine. As a premier Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology clinic with two Brisbane locations, our mission has always been to improve the health and wellbeing of our community. This June, we are extending that mission beyond physical rehabilitation to support a cause that affects us all: mental health.
We know first hand that physical health and mental health go hand-in-hand. By participating in The Push-Up Challenge (3–26 June), our staff and clients are working together to complete 3,307 push-ups—honouring the lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2024 and raising vital funds for The Push for Better Foundation.
