About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Funds raised through this year’s Push-Up Challenge will help Lifeline Central West deliver essential services, including our 24/7 Crisis Support Phone, RAPID, training, counselling and community initiatives.
Every dollar raised directly strengthens our ability to be there, 24 hours a day for the people who need us most.

Our mission is to be a beacon of hope and support for individuals and communities during their most challenging moments. We are dedicated to ensuring that no one has to endure these hardships alone. Our vision is to cultivate resilient, interconnected communities that stand united, providing unwavering assistance to each other through times of crisis and adversity.
