We are the AOD team at Anglicare Vic in Box Hill.
We're trying to put our untrained muscles where our mouth is to encourage people (including ourselves) to get some movement through the day for mental health benefits!
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
