About Our Challenge

This June, the team at Proactive Health Wodonga is taking on The Push-Up Challenge, completing a heap of push-ups between 3–26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

At Proactive Health, we work closely with our clients every day—not just on physical health, but on improving overall wellbeing, including mental health. We see firsthand how closely physical activity and mental health are linked, and we’re passionate about helping our community feel stronger, more capable, and more supported.

This challenge is something we’re proud to get behind, as it aligns with what we stand for—using movement as medicine and supporting better mental health outcomes for all Australians.
