From Push-Ups to Purpose: 23 Days, 3,214 Reps, Zero Caffeine
I’m completing 3,214 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
As part of this challenge, I’m also going completely caffeine-free — no coffee, no energy drinks! Whatever money I save from skipping coffee, I’ll be donating 50% of it to support mental health initiatives.
Every push-up and every skipped coffee is a small step toward a bigger change. 💪☕💚
Supporting Lifeline Queensland

Lifeline Queensland is proud to be a beneficiary of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge, helping to raise awareness of mental health and the impact of suicide in our communities.
Funds raised will help Lifeline Queensland continue providing vital 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure that every Australian knows where and how to find support when they need it most.
