About My Challenge

This month I am taking on the Push-Up Challenge, aiming to complete 3214 push ups in just 23 days. I am doing this with the University of Wollongong Cheer And Dance to raise awareness and much needed funds for mental health in Australia.

To be honest, push-ups are not easy for me. That is exactly why I signed up. I want to push myself physically and mentally, and show that it is okay to struggle sometimes. I have seen friends and family go through tough times, and I know how important it is to talk about mental health and support each other.

Every dollar raised will help fund mental health services and initiatives that make a real difference for people who need them. All donations are tax-deductible.

If you want to get behind me, I’d truly appreciate any support. Whether you can spare a few dollars or just share this with your mates, it all helps. Every bit of support brings us closer to making mental health something we all care about and talk about.

Let us get behind this and push for better.

Supporting headspace Wagga Wagga

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.

Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.

The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
