In June, our Community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide each year and raise awareness of mental health. The Push‑Up Challenge isn’t just about fitness—it’s a chance for our community to come together and shine a light on mental health. This year, we’re proud to be one of the beneficiaries, helping raise awareness of the impact of suicide across Loddon Mallee.
Every push‑up represents a life lost to suicide. It’s a simple but powerful reminder of why support, connection and open conversations matter so much. The funds raised will help Lifeline Loddon Mallee continue providing 24/7 crisis support, suicide prevention services and local programs that give people a safe place to talk when they need it most.
By taking part, you’re helping us provide a lifeline close to home.
