About My Challenge
This year I'm upping my challenge to raise funds and awareness for mental health in Australia by supporting Lifeline Loddon Mallee.
For this years challenge I aim to complete not just 3,307 push-ups in 24 days, but 3,307 sit-ups as well. For every push-up, there will be a sit-up!

Every push‑up represents a life lost to suicide. It’s a simple but powerful reminder of why support, connection and open conversations matter so much. The funds raised will help Lifeline Loddon Mallee continue providing 24/7 crisis support, suicide prevention services and local programs that give people a safe place to talk when they need it most.
