About My Challenge

Apparently mentoring a teenager now involves voluntarily doing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days.

As part of our mentoring program, we’re tackling The Push-Up Challenge together to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. One of us is young and energetic. The other has Deep Heat and questionable decision-making skills.

If you’d like to support our descent into sore arms and personal growth, donations are greatly appreciated (and tax deductible).

Every dollar helps fund mental health services and initiatives across Australia. #pushforbetter

Supporting Lifeline Central Australia NT

Lifeline Northern Territory is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.

Funds raised will enable Lifeline Northern Territory to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
