Every person in our team has faced their own mental health challenges at one point or another. Some of us have battled our own struggles, while others have supported family members, friends, or colleagues through theirs.
One thing we’ve all learned is that even during the toughest times, things can get better. With the right support, the right people around you, and the courage to keep moving forward, positive change is possible.
That’s why we’re taking on The Push-Up Challenge. Not just to test ourselves physically, but to raise awareness, start conversations, and help support mental health initiatives that can make a real difference in people’s lives.

At headspace Albury Wodonga, we offer a range of services, including mental health support, counselling, and alcohol and other drug services.
Each year, we support hundreds of young people within Albury, Wodonga and surrounds to maintain a healthy headspace, and assist young people and their families and friends to access mental health and wellbeing support when they need it.
The contributions headspace Albury Wodonga receives from the community helps us achieve our national vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
