About My Challenge
During my years in school, a social enterprise visited to present revealing information about suicide and mental health implications in young men. The statistics broke our hearts.
This effort offers a reminder and reflection for those battling and those serving each and every day to hold our communities together in times of growing uncertainty and digital isolation.
While it may take a village to raise a child, one phone call call save its life.
For those who are dialling, every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services.
I am fundraising directly for Lifeline Australia and have a goal to raise $1000.

By taking on The Push-Up Challenge 2025 and fundraising for Lifeline Northern Beaches, you’ll be helping to provide vital crisis support and suicide prevention services right here in our community. Your support enables us to offer affordable counselling (15yrs+), free financial counselling, support groups, aged care visitor programs, and community training from Kirribilli to Mosman and across the Northern Beaches.
In 2025, we want to reach more people in crisis, expand our local services, and ensure that no one in our community faces their darkest moments alone. Every push-up, every conversation, and every dollar raised helps us be there when it matters most.
