About Our Challenge

This June, Navy People Branch is taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 03-26 Jun to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to our fundraising page or joining our team to be a part of the fun.

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia.

Supporting Lifeline Canberra ACT

Lifeline Canberra is proud to be a beneficiary of this year’s Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline Canberra and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on our local community.

Funds raised through this challenge enable Lifeline Canberra to continue providing critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker calls, and ensure any person in Canberra and across Australia who needs support know where and how to find it.
