About Our Challenge
In June, our Community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide in 2023 and raise awareness of mental health. You can create a Team in this Community, join a Team or support someone who is taking part. Help us push for better mental health.
Supporting headspace Knox
headspace Knox offers young people aged 12-25 a welcoming environment where they can access confidential and free mental health support, health advice, and general information. We are a free service with a friendly team of workers who specialise in youth wellbeing. We offer young people tailored programs in mental health, groups, work and study support, GP services, learning to drive program, a DBT program and more.
