This June, My Accounts - Connect is proudly taking on The Push-Up Challenge from 4–26 June 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health in Australia.
My Accounts - Connect is passionate about supporting women in business and their families, we know how important mental wellbeing is—both at work and at home. That’s why we’re coming together to push for better mental health outcomes for all Australians.

Supporting Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney
Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney is proud to be a beneficiary of this year’s Push-Up Challenge. Together, we’re raising vital awareness of mental health and the impact of suicide in our community.
Every day, we are there for those in crisis—helping people stay safe and supporting them to live connected, meaningful, and fulfilling lives.
As one of Australia’s largest and most trusted Lifeline centres, Lifeline H2HS answers over 11% of the nation’s calls to the 24/7 Telephone Crisis Line 13 11 14. Closer to home, we deliver counselling, group programs, training, and community support across Sydney’s north.
Last year alone, we provided more than 14,000 hours of local education, clinical care, and community services—ranging from Community Aid, Counselling and Psychological Services, and Support Groups, to Emergency Relief, Financial Counselling, and more.
Funds raised through the Push-Up Challenge will help Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney continue delivering these essential services, including our 24/7 Crisis Support Phone, Text, and Chat Line, counselling programs, and community initiatives like Lifeline Connect.
At Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney, we are here for our community—supporting those in need, building resilience, and working towards a future free from suicide, where positive mental health and wellbeing are within everyone’s reach.
